Delhi, India is one of the most important cities in India and all of Asia. It is the second largest city in India with over 17 million inhabitants. Delhi has gone through many changes since it was first inhabited since the 2nd millennium BC it has been the home of emperors, poverty stricken people, and even once was the capital of India. Walking down the streets of Delhi years ago you would find buildings and mosques made of huge marble towers and domes with sunlight gleaming through openings, but you would also find dark and poverty stricken streets where the sunlight never reaches. But now you will find a cosmopolitan city full of skyscrapers and urbanized sections.
